Sobre la reunión: TellUs Cultures amplía su concepto de encuentros mensuales abiertos al público (y gratuitos). Estos encuentros exploran cinco temas que abarcan nueve de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de las Naciones Unidas:

1. Igualdad de género (Objetivo 5)
2. Desarrollo sostenible, naturaleza y medio ambiente (Objetivos 11, 12, 13, 14 y 15
3. Educación de calidad (Objetivo 4)
4. Promoción de una sociedad pacífica e inclusiva (Objetivo 16)
5. Empleo juvenil (Objetivo 8)

Los participantes en estos encuentros practicarán:

• identificar
• contar
• y, para quienes lo deseen, escribir sus experiencias interculturales, esos momentos cotidianos en los que dos visiones diferentes del mundo se encuentran.

Compartir experiencias personales fomenta la empatía y fomenta la apertura; este es el punto de partida de todas las actividades de TellUs Cultures. Sus contribuciones son esenciales para nuestra misión.

About the meeting: TellUs Cultures is expanding its concept of monthly get-togethers open to the public (and free). These meetings explore five themes that encompass nine of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

1. Gender equality (Goal 5)
2. Sustainable development, nature, and the environment (Goals 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15)
3. Quality education (Goal 4)
4. Promoting a peaceful and inclusive society (Goal 16)
5. Youth employment (Goal 8)

Participants in these meetings will practice:

• identifying
• telling
• and for those who wish to do so - writing their intercultural experiences, these everyday life moments when two different visions of the world meet.

Sharing personal, lived experiences encourages empathy and shapes openness; this is the starting point for all TellUs Cultures activities. Your contributions are essential to our mission.

À propos de l'action : L’occasion d’échanger nos idées sur autour du thème de l'égalité entre les hommes et les femmes, d'écouter l'intervention de Vincent Vallée et de partager une collation ! Le partage d’expériences personnelles, réellement vécues, invitent à se mettre à la place de l’autre et façonnent l'ouverture ; c'est le point de départ de toute action chez TellUs Cultures. Vos contributions sont essentielles à notre mission.

TellUs Cultures fait évoluer le concept des rencontres mensuelles ouvertes au public (et gratuites). Elles explorent 5 thématiques qui recouvrent 9 des Objectifs de Développement Durable de l’ONU :

1. l'égalité entre les sexes (objectif 5)
2. le développement durable, nature, environnement (objectifs 11, 12, 13 , 14 et 15)

5. l'emploi pour les jeunes (objectif 8)

Les bénéficiaires de ces rencontres s'entraîneront à :

• identifier
• raconter
• pour celles et ceux qui le souhaitent - écrire leurs expériences interculturelles, ces récits de vie quotidienne.

Coût : La participation financière est de 5 $ CA par personne (en espèces seulement). L’événement est gratuit pour les membres de TellUs Cultures, ainsi que pour les élèves et les enseignants de la Maison de l’amitié.
